Saturday 5/17 All morning and afternoon Kinderdance, Level 1,2,5,6 classes cancelled. The only dance classes held are Adult Tap and Kidz Dance as they are in Tap Night and not this program.
12:00 pm call to theatre for warm up (levels 3-6)
12:30 Kinderdance, Levels 1 and II on stage
1:00 Act I Finale work through on stage
1:30 Run through Act I
2:15 release all k-dance, level I and II’s
2:30 Act II
3:30 release all level 3-6

Kinderdance, Level I and II students are to be picked up by a parent from their dressing room area at intermission. They are welcome to watch the second act of the performance with a parent, or are free to go home or out to celebrate!
9:30 Load Out: Marley Flooring to come up and load out back to APA school with costumes. Sound equipment to be broken down and stored safely on site, front of house tables and materials broken down, boxed and stored on site if possible and if not loaded back to Giddiah Hill Rd, clean up of both dressing rooms and overall sweep through of auditorium.
